As visitors to Boglin Marsh might already know, the autumn of 1998 saw Steve and his son Carl start work on Steve's pigeon website because he wanted to give something back to the pigeon world and learn enough that he could help his son with his new web design business. Steve had never touched a personal computer prior to that. The most modern bit of technology Steve had at the time was an old Amstrad that just ran the Blackpool Homing Club's accounts & race results and his trusty electronic typewriter for his articles that were often published in the British Homing World.
